Refund Policy

RETURNS:
- If due to wrongly ordered size, color, design, over-ordering, or simply a change of mind, we are currently not accepting returns and therefore no refunds at this time.
- Please ensure at checkout that all product details and shipping information are correct before placing your order.
- Also note that product size charts or features are provided in their descriptions to help you avoid any misunderstandings, inconsistencies or incorrect expectations.
- Expect minor size deviation from the manufacturer's size guide measurements due to conflicts between mass production and human heterogeneity.
- It is your responsibility to read manufacturer's instructions before rendering proper care to the product.
- Attention to detail is demanded of us and we want our customers to be happy. The same is to be expected from the buyer as well to ensure that pleasant experiences are had.
- Do not attempt to ship products back until you check in with us first. Failing to do so will result in your forfeit of those items and we will not be held liable.
- Koselig Kraftworks reserves the right to reject a return if our inspection finds that the returned item is not return-eligible, or to decline returns where a product does not have a manufacturing defect but has been damaged by the customer from abuse or neglect, or to prevent fraud and abuse.

REPLACEMENTS:
- If the item is defective due to a manufacturing error or misprint, or wrong item was shipped, we will send a replacement to you with the shipping address you provided at checkout.
- You must contact us within 7 days from the date the product was marked delivered due to timeframe sensitivities.
- An incorrect/invalid shipping address is not eligible for replacement.
- The item to be replaced will be of the exact same item as the original order.
- You may be required to return the item with a prepaid shipping label, however, you will need to provide clear photos/video showing the issue of the item with the order receipt by email to sales@koseligkraftworks.com to start the replacement process.

MISSING:
- We do not handle any part of the delivery process. Once a package has been shipped, it is out of our hands and beyond our control.
- Tracking your package by order number or tracking number will be able to verify its status and is what we will use to go by.
- A package might be deemed missing because the package is stuck in transit being held at a carrier's facility or one of the transit points along the process in the shipping network; being returned to sender related to barriers such as an invalid or incorrect address/inclement weather/damaged or missing labels; delayed during peak times; has been misplaced or missorted; in possession with a neighbor or household member; on the premises but not visible; stolen in the event of porch piracy; or delivered to the wrong address that cannot be recovered.
- The process can be facilitated by: 1) checking your order receipt/confirmation email for any mistakes in the shipping address and verifying its accuracy (a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure); 2) checking all potential areas a carrier might leave your package deemed to be a safer location (away from hazards or possible theft) with decreased visibility; 3) checking with the other members of your household who may have received it; 4) checking with your neighbors in case the carrier may have misdelivered, or that they may have seen it or held on to it for you; 5) allowing several days after the expected or estimated delivery date for misplaced, missorted or misdelivered packages to turn up; then 6) checking with your local post office if they have your package and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery staff.

LOST:
- A package presumed to be lost by the carrier generally is not considered certifiably lost until it was waited on 7 days beyond the day of the expected or estimated day of delivery. It has been known that packages can sometimes turn up after being rerouted somewhere along the chain, where they may have been incorrectly scanned/sorted and misplaced, thus it is not unheard of for a package to turn up a few days later; sometimes other mistakes happen, such as a discrepancy/inaccurate tracking number, the carrier prematurely marks the package as delivered even when it is still in transit, or when a delivery status has not updated thereby adding to the confusion.
- If the order is returned to us by the carrier, the order will be reshipped once the address has been updated and confirmed with us at sales@koseligkraftworks.com, however you will be responsible for the reshipment costs and taxes where they apply. You are welcome to purchase Package Protection should you have any concerns going forward and email your request to customercare@koseligkoverage.comο»Ώ Payment must be received before the package reships. Please note that the order returned to us in this case cannot be refunded or exchanged for another size, color, design, or product of equal value.

PACKAGE PROTECTION:
- Adding Package Protection to your order at checkout means that your order is shielded against damage from shipment, loss or theft. In the unfortunate instance that you experience one of these inconveniences, please reach out to customercare@koseligkoverage.com with your order number and email/phone number to begin the resolution process.
- Evidence (photos/video) of the damaged item will be required during the order issue process.
- Order issues will close when the customer does not respond within 72 hours.
- Any damaged items from shipping, lost or stolen items are eligible for replacement once the order issue has been approved.
- Warranty does not cover items with damaged boxes whose purpose is meant to help protect them while in transit.
- Replacements will be shipped to the address you used at checkout. If you decide to have the package shipped to an updated address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs and taxes where they apply once it is confirmed.
- It is the customer's responsibility to repurchase Package Protection on the reorder. To repurchase protection on these replacement items, please inform customercare@koseligkoverage.com Without protection, the company will not be held liable for any damage, loss or theft going forward.
- A package lost in transit back to the sender once it has been confirmed is covered.
- A correct address with no error on your part will be verified.
- A customer that provides an invalid/wrong address at checkout is not covered and is ineligible for replacement; but if the order is returned to us by the carrier, the order will be reshipped once the address has been updated and confirmed with the customer, however the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs and taxes where they apply. Please note that the order returned to us cannot be refunded or exchanged for another size, color, design, or product of equal value.
- Once the parcel has shipped, Package Protection is in effect; the cost of insurance cannot be reimbursed to the customer.
- Expedited/express shipped packages that are delayed for whatever reason, or arrives outside of the scheduled window of delivery are not covered.
- Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier where the status is not marked delivered must be raised no sooner than 7 days after the scheduled delivery date and no later than 14 days from the last checkpoint.
- Order issues for packages that are marked delivered yet not received are considered stolen and must be raised no sooner than 5 days after the date of delivery but no longer than 14 days to ensure time for a package to turn up.
- A valid police report may be required at the discretion of the company when resolving a claim.
- An order issue will be denied if it is claimed outside of the timeframes or goes against any policy details outlined herein.

ο»ΏREWARDS POINTS:
- Points accumulated are based on the subtotal; shipping and taxes are not included.
ο»Ώ- Points will be adjusted accordingly to the order issue case to reflect the correct amount in net payment.
- Points do not expire.
- Points are non-transferable.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Our products are made to order as soon as payment is received. Once an order has been placed, modification or cancellation of an order cannot be guaranteed after processing has been initiated.
