YOU HAVE TOO MANY CHOICES!
Different strokes for different folks.
There are 4 variations for Men - OLD WEST (no canines), OLD WEST LANDSHARKS (with German Shepherd and American Akita), CALLIGRAFFITI K9 (with Rottweiler and Dobermann), and CALLIGRAFFITI LANDHAWKS (with Belgian Malinois and "Cane Corso-American Bully/Pitty") (note - in some products, these designs have been paired with a bandana background).
There are an additional 2 variations for Women - SPRING BOWQUET and FALL BOWQUET (note - in some products, these designs have been paired with a lace/leopard background)
Women are welcome also to choose from any of the Men's designs which have all been added to the Women's section.
All six variations are printed with F-22, F-117, A-10 and F-35 aircrafts in Finger-Four flight formation.
You could also browse products by section (Women's, Men's, Girls', Boys', Drinkware, Homeware) listed in the dropdown menu of Shop CICΒ© Collection located on the website's main menu at the top of the page; or it may help you more to use the Search feature located at the top, right-hand corner of the website ("magnifying glass" icon) and type in keywords related to what you are looking for by name of design, product, color, etc. After you push enter or click the "magnifying glass" icon, the keyword-specific items you are looking for will be shown at the top of the list.
Any choice is a good choice - they all stand and fight for the same ideas.
WHAT IS MY SIZE?
Please refer to the manufacturer's measurements listed on each product page to guide you when making the best size selection. We recommend comparing these measurements to other garments you already own.
WHY DO I NEED A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?
Having a customer account offers benefits that enhance your overall experience as a buyer in a convenient location with information readily available such as a faster checkout, order tracking, viewing order history, exclusive deals and discounts, personalized recommendations, and easier returns/replacements process.
HOW DO I OBTAIN A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?
Please scroll to the top of the page and click on the "customer" icon in the right-hand corner of the website's header menu. From there, you will click on "Create account" and fill out the required fields accordingly. The "customer" icon is where you will sign in for future shopping sessions.
WHERE IS MY SHOPPING CART (CART) TO VIEW ADDED ITEMS AND TO START THE CHECKOUT PROCESS?
Please scroll to the top of the page and click on the "handbag" icon (cart) in the right-hand corner of the website's header menu. After you have signed in, click on the icon to view what is in your shopping bag (items you have added for purchase in your cart).
HOW DO I EARN REWARDS?
This process is initiated by clicking on the lime green button (with a "white star" and "Rewards") located at the bottom, right-hand side of the screen where a menu will pop-up with more selections to navigate you to your needs.
Enrollment in the online store rewards program and the collection of earned points is not automatic.
You must first sign up by creating an account (see "Start Earning" in pop-up menu). Once you have created an account and become a member, make sure you login at every shopping session and are logged in before the checkout process to ensure you are able to collect points and redeem rewards (see "Sign In" in pop-up menu).
How to earn points and turn them into rewards are briefly explained when you click on the green rewards button and navigate to "Ways to earn" and "Ways to redeem". Please click into those selections for more details.
Once you have met the points requirement to obtain a reward, the reward will be displayed in the selection "Rewards", which can then be redeemed by following the prompt. When redeemed, a coupon code will be generated and sent via the email you used to sign up with for the rewards program. The coupon code can then be applied at checkout by entering it in the "discount code" field of the checkout process.

A My Wishlist feature has been enabled on the store website. After a customer account has been created and logged into, items can be added to your wishlist by clicking on the "heart" icon near the product details of the item you are interested in. These items will be collected in your wishlist, located at the top, right-hand corner of the website's header menu, and can be accessed by clicking on the "heart" icon to view the list of all your favorite items. You must log in to save, share and manage your wishlist.
WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO MY ORDER OR IT NEVER ARRIVES?
Customers and retailers alike have been experiencing massive increases in theft and fraud as online shopping and sales skyrocket. These rises place demands on delivery services and put strain on the supply chain resulting in a surge of damaged, missing and stolen packages, and a loss in peace of mind.
If you have any concerns or doubts, to ameliorate worry and headache and to protect your order against loss, theft or damage during shipping, add Package Protection at checkout. Opting out would make it your responsibility to track down and seek remediation or reimbursement from the carrier in the unfortunate event of loss, theft or damage in the transit process.
WHAT ABOUT MODIFYING OR CANCELING MY ORDER?
Our products are made to order as soon as payment is received. Once an order has been placed, modification or cancellation of an order cannot be guaranteed after processing has been initiated.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow up to 5 days to fulfill the order. Once shipped, it can take up to 3-7 days to arrive depending on the destination in the US. Please expect that fulfillment and shipping times may be delayed during peak periods such as holidays and high volume sales, inclement weather, or other barriers.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING - NO CONFIRMATION, NO SHIPPING INFORMATION; NOTHING.
Our system sends out notifications to your email (assuming the email address you input is correct) throughout the process, from payment to delivery status. Majority of the time, it ends up in your spam box, therefore it would do you well to check your email's folders; otherwise contact us at sales@koseligkraftworks.com
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER?
To check the status of your order, please view the website's main menu at the top of the page and click on Track Order. There you will fill out the fields with your order number and the email address/phone number you used at checkout. You can also check the status of your package by clicking on the tracking number sent to the email/phone number you checked out with.
MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW AND I DO NOT HAVE IT - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We do not handle any part of the delivery process. Once a package has been shipped, it is out of our hands and beyond our control. Tracking your package via entering your order number and email or phone number that you used to checkout with will be able to verify its status and is what we will use to go by.

MY ITEM HAS AN ODOR.
A faint odor is a natural occurrence in the printing industry and will typically disappear after the first wash.

If you have an issue with your item and is an issue not relating to Package Protection, or if you did not opt-in for Package Protection, you must contact us at sales@koseligkraftworks.com within 7 days from the date of delivery due to timeframe sensitivities, with your order number and email/phone number used at checkout, and an explanation of the issue.
